Cyana Alvarez, Esq.

Born and raised in Cuba, Cyana began her higher education studies at the University of Havana before moving to Spain, where she spent three years immersing herself in new cultures and perspectives before settling in the United States. In 2021, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University, and in 2024, she earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Her true passion lies in Estate Planning—helping individuals and families protect their legacy and secure their future. She knows estate planning isn’t just about drafting documents; it’s about giving people peace of mind, ensuring their assets are protected, and making a complex process as seamless as possible. Since completing her first year of law school, she’s been working at GLC, gaining hands-on experience not just in estate planning but also in real estate and corporate transactions. Getting at GLC a front-row seat to the intersection of estate planning with property law and business structures, has reinforced her ability to craft personalized solutions that align with each client’s unique goals. She’s particularly passionate about helping families, small business owners, and individuals create comprehensive estate plans that protect their loved ones and honor their wishes.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her planning her next trip, or spending time with her two fur babies, Simba and Baloo, who keep her entertained and on her toes.
